1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Reddar.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
3. Description of Service
Reddar.io is a SaaS platform that:
- Monitors public Reddit content based on user-configured parameters
- Identifies posts matching specified criteria
- Organizes potential leads for business outreach
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per user unless otherwise authorized
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 You Agree To:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Comply with Reddit's User Agreement and Content Policy
- Respect Reddit users' privacy and preferences
- Use collected data only for legitimate business purposes
5.2 You Agree Not To:
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Misrepresent your identity or intentions when engaging Reddit users
- Violate Reddit's rules against excessive automation or bot activity
- Scrape Reddit data beyond what our Service provides
- Resell or redistribute data from our Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service to discriminate, harass, or harm others
6. Reddit API Compliance
- You acknowledge we use Reddit's API
- You agree to comply with Reddit's Terms
- You understand Reddit may restrict API access
- We are not responsible for Reddit API changes or limitations
7. Payment Terms
- Fees are as listed on our pricing page
- Payment is due monthly/yearly in advance
- No refunds for partial periods
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice
- Late payments may result in service suspension
8. Intellectual Property
- Our platform, design, and code are owned by us
- You retain rights to data you input
- Reddit content remains subject to Reddit's terms and original authors' rights
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service
9. User Content
You are solely responsible for:
- Content you add to our platform
- Outreach messages sent to Reddit users
- Compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- Any consequences of your use of identified leads
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REDDIT'S ACTIONS OR API AVAILABILITY
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OUTREACH RESULTS OR LEGAL COMPLIANCE
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of Reddit's rules or applicable laws
- Your outreach to Reddit users
13. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
- You may cancel at any time
- Upon termination, your access will end
- We may retain data as required by law or legitimate business needs
14. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
